RETURNS & EXCHANGES
SWIMWEAR MUST BE TRIED ON WITH UNDERWEAR AND THE DISPOSABLE LINER PROVIDED
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 days after you receive your order to reach out and request a return. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
Please email email@example.com for any exchanges or returns.
Items must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition, with the original tags and packaging intact.
The package must be shipped from your location within one week of receiving your return authorization email. Please be sure to provide us with a tracking number once available.
Once your return order is received and approved, you will be sent a confirmation of your refund within 5 business days. Be advised that your bank may require extra time to deposit the amount back into your account.
the beach. whistler reserves the right to reject any return request that does not adhere to the conditions of the return policy.
If the item is damaged and returned in unsellable conditions, you will not receive a refund and will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to you.
If you wish to exchange any item please follow the same process as a return and contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways.
All undergarments, socks, fragrances, candles, gift cards, sale items and apothecary are final sale
