RETURNS & EXCHANGES
SWIMWEAR MUST BE TRIED ON WITH UNDERWEAR AND THE DISPOSABLE LINER PROVIDED
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, any returns made via mail must be initiated and mailed back within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of any shipping, duties or taxes on returns.
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the merchandise for a full refund or store credit and place a new order for the preferred item(s). You are able to exchange purchases in person in-store providing it is within 2 weeks from the day you received the order.

Items must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition, with the original tags and packaging intact.
Orders returned from outside of Canada are responsible for any duties & taxes when coming back into Canada. Once we receive your return, you will be invoiced for the cost of duties & taxes we paid to pick up your order from the post office. When you have paid this invoice, you will receive a refund for the item(s) and the taxes you originally paid.
the beach. whister is not responsible for any items lost or delayed in transit. We are unable to replace or refund stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. We are not responsible for items that are not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. We will always try our best to assist you in any situation.
the beach. whistler reserves the right to reject any return request that does not adhere to the conditions of the return policy.
If the item is damaged and returned in unsellable condition, you will not receive a refund and will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to you.
All undergarments, socks, fragrances, straw hats, candles, gift cards, sale items and apothecaries are final sale

Christmas Return Policy: any return/exchange request must be made within one week of Dec 25th (Jan 1st).
